Ikari Sauce, an Osaka-based Japanese condiment manufacturer, has been striving to inherit the old-fashioned flavor of its products since its inception through the minimum use of additives and foods with allergens. This is one of their signature products: a tonkatsu sauce.
This simple yet high-quality condiment is made from 11 kinds of fruits/vegetables and 15 different spices. As a result, it has a fruity taste with mildly sweet and acidic touch that stimulate your appetite.
This product is free of colorants, chemical condiments, sweeteners, and aromatics.
