The best way to enjoy the umami of kombu is to make a homemade dashi soup stock made from it, but this requires time and effort. However, if you have this product, you can instantly add a burst of kombu to any dish you like.
This is a liquid-type concentrated soup stock that is made with kombu seaweed from Hokkaido and bonito flakes.
Dilute one part of this product to 20 parts of water to make a dashi soup. However, it is okay to adjust the amount of soup base and water according to your preferences.
