To prepare warabi mochi, dissolve the flour in water, stir over low heat until thick and translucent, then let it cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces and coat with kinako. Drizzle with black sugar syrup for a sweet finish. Store in a cool, dry place and seal leftovers for freshness.
