For health-oriented consumers, Harusame noodles are a perfect substitute for conventional ramen noodles because they are a low-calorie food. This product is actually a healthy version of champon ramen.
Harusame noodles, also termed glass noodles or cellophane noodles, are normally made from either potato, mung bean, sweet potato, or corn. They have a light taste and springy texture.
The pork-based soup is blended with scallop umami, spices, and sesame to give it a rich flavor and slightly lighter aftertaste compared to soup with pork broth alone.
This product also comes with vegetables including cabbage, corn, and carrot. According to the manufacturer, you can take a third of your recommended daily intake of vegetables with only this food. Its total amount of dietary fiber is equivalent to that of half a lettuce.
Peel off the lid just below the halfway point, and remove the packet of dehydrated soup from the cup.
Add dehydrated soup to the cup, and pour hot water until the water level reaches the line on the inner side of the cup.
Close the lid, wait for 3 minutes, then stir the mixture well. Mix it right down to the bottom of the cup as this allows you to blend the noodles and garnish well.
