Stainless steel skimmer specially designed for skimming piece of batter, crumbing/breading, or other scraps that float to the surface while deep frying. As the handle is made from stainless steel wire, there are no gaps in joinery between the handle and the body where pieces of food can get stuck.
As this skimmer uses a very fine mesh, you can also use it for skimming the sediment that floats to the top while making soups, stews and broths.
