Stainless steel skimmer specially designed for skimming piece of batter, crumbing/breading, or other scraps that float to the surface while deep frying. As the handle is made from stainless steel wire, there are no gaps in joinery between the handle and the body where pieces of food can get stuck.
As this skimmer uses a very coarse mesh, it's a good tool to take food out of the fryer without damaging it and without bringing along too much oil.
