Although the base flavor of a wakame ramen depends on the brand, this ramen has a soy sauce-based broth with wakame seaweed as the main garnish. It also contains the umami of oysters, roasted sesame seeds, and black pepper in its soup.
Instructions
Put the noodles into 500cc (16.9 fl oz.) of boiling water in a pot.
Add a sachet of powdered soup (which also includes garnishes) to the pot, and cook the mixture for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, turn off the heat, stir it well, then transfer it to a bowl.
