Choko Low Sodium Dark Soy Sauce is made with carefully selected ingredients and 50% less salt than regular soy sauce.
This shoyu is natural, non-gmo and free of synthetical chemicals.
Even if it contains 50% less salt than regular soy sauce the original taste of shoyu is guaranteed. Choko produces this soy sauce with an innovative production method that uses whole soybeans and double fermentation with koji keeping the sodium levels surprisingly low.
Simply use it as a seasoning for cooking or as a dressing for sashimi, salad, fish, meat, tofu, onigiri and any other dishes.
