Made with real matcha powder from Uji in Kyoto, you can enjoy eating traditional kakigori at home using this syrup. The matcha used in this kakigori syrup comes from "Marusou", which is a long-established matcha specialty store in the Uji area.
Feel free to use this matcha syrup for making kakigori, but you can also use it to make other Japanese recipes like matcha warabi mochi.
