It contains miso pastes from five major miso production sites: Sendai, Kaga, Shinsyu, Sansyu (eastern Aichi prefecture), Kyusyu. Compare the flavor of each miso paste and find your favorite.

Instructions
Choose one miso paste and garnish each, transfer these into a bowl, and pour 160mlâ5.4 us fl oz of hot water. Stir well and it is ready to eat.
The small packages contains miso paste while the large ones are garnishes. The following is the information on each miso and garnish that corresponds to the packet color:
- Sendai miso: orange
- Shinsyu miso: yellow
- Sansyu miso: red
- Kaga miso: purple
- Kyusyu miso: green
- Wakame: blue
- Tofu: pale yellow

- Green onion: yellow-green
