Freeze drying technique keeps nutrition, aroma, taste and texture of ingredients very well. It is very convenient food for eating both at home or outdoors since it is very light and easy to prepare.

Beef stew flavor (red package) includes a selected red wine making the soup rich in flavor and robustness. It also contains beef, mushroom, onion, green bean, and carrot.

Cream stew (blue package) recreates a popular Japanese soup made with a 100% Hokkaido raw cream and scallop extract. Garnishes including broccoli, carrot, chicken, and onion makes the soup colorful and nutritious.

It is also a simple and easy way to enjoy real Japanese food.
