The Arahataen Fukamushicha Green Tea is made by deep steaming the green tea leaves for two to three cycles. Steaming the leaves for a prolonged period diminishes the bitterness associated to tannins and enhances the amino acid theanine, resulting in a rich and smooth green tea characterized by a mellow, sweet taste.
The package features a resealable design, ensuring the contents remain fresh and hygienic. The triangular teabags are free of tags and strings, allowing for immediate use in the teapot.
To prepare hot tea, insert a tea bag into the pot and pour in 200ml of hot water. Allow it to steep for 1 to 2 minutes, gently stir the water, and it will be ready to serve.
To prepare cold tea, place one or two tea bags in a tea server and pour in 1 liter of cold water. Allow the mixture to steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
