Pickled ginger has a pungent taste and is a very healthy ingredient, used since ancient times and loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that may help prevent pains and other health issues.
Flavors of ginger and salinity of plum vinegar are stronger than those of standard pickled gingers commonly sold at regular stores.
Instructions
You can eat as it is or sliced, shredded, or chopped as a condiment for various dishes.
Match well with many western dishes and Japanese dishes, such as chahan rice, rice balls, noodles, takoyaki, and okonomiyaki.
