Using only concord grape juice from organic grapes and natural cane sugar, this kakigori shaved ice syrup is free of coloring, sweetening, acidulants, flavoring, and preservatives. It is a kakigori syrup that you can feel safe enjoying and feeding to your children.
The sugar itself comes from raw sugar cane from Kagoshima prefecture in Southwestern Japan (Kyushu Island).
Feel free to use this grape syrup for making kakigori, and you can also use it for topping yogurt or ice cream with.
