This is a powder type condiment for making Japanese Donburi.
The main ingredients are broth from bonito, konbu seaweed and soy sauce.
With Higashimaru Chotto Donburi stock solution you will be able to enjoy authentic Japanese Donburi at home!
Very easy preparation! By adding a few ingredients to the broth, you can quickly make a delicious Donburi (Japanese style rice bowl).

Instructions:
1. Put water, onion and Chotto Donburi into a small pan, cook 2-3 minutes.
2. When onion gets soft, add chicken into the pan, cook 2-3 minutes.
3. When chicken is cooked, add the beaten egg and green onion, top the whole content on top of rice.
â You can substitute the chicken for tonkatsu (pork cutlet), unagi, etc.
