The brewery uses their own traditional four-step manufacturing method for making this cooking sake, so its flavor truly cannot be replicated in other varieties of cooking sake.
It is full of umami thanks to the natural amino acids that produced during the fermentation process, which will enhance the flavor of your food even more.
While this sake is intended for cooking purposes, since there is no added salt, you can even enjoy drinking this sake.
