This product is one of the Amano Food's freeze-dried prepared foods made with thick, smooth egg and soft, simmered chicken seasoned with Japanese dashi (soup stock). With this product you can enjoy authentic Japanese Oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) just by pouring some water.
Freeze dry technique keeps all the nutrition, aroma, taste and texture of ingredients very well.

Instructions
Prepare rice (Note that rice has to be cooked a part and it is not included in the package).
Put the content of the bag in a small bowl. Pour 100ml of boiled water and stir well until thickened.
Put the product on top of the rice. You can eat it as it is.
